Sierra Products, Inc. recommends all repairs be accomplished by a certified hearth products service company. Part selection and application is by purchaser. Any exchange or return require a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) and must be requested with in 30 days of receipt. Return parts are subject to our Terms and Condition of Sale and a 20% restocking fee. Parts carry a 90 day warranty from the date of sale excluding electronic and electric parts that could be damaged from installation. Orders are entered daily Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping. Order confirmation and shipment tracking information will be provided through PayPal processing account. Shipping & Handling Charges: SPI ships all parts prepaid and charges $19.00 minimum shipping and handling fee for orders less than $249. Orders totaling $250 or more, shipping and handling charge is included. This applies for US lower 48 states. Legacy Pre-2020 (Replacement Parts Available) Sierra™ 4700TEC Insert

The 4700 Fireplace Insert was designed to fit the largest masonry fireplaces and utilize a proven catalytic combustor design providing high burn efficiency and 2.5 Grams/hr. Replacement parts and rebuild kits are available from our parts page.

A true three window bay view allows for wide angle view of the fire. A thermostat controlled dual fan circulates room air for maximum efficiency. This is your big house wood heater!

Legacy Pre-2015 (Replacement Parts Available) Sierra™ 2100

Attractive design with step top and heavy duty construction. The 2100 has pedestal and leg freestanding models and a hearth mount with rear flue connection.

All stoves feature heavy duty steel construction, wide view ceramic glass, large firebox for overnight burns, simple single lever air control, and ash removal system. Additional features include outside combustions air, mobile home approval, and optional 130 cfm blower system.

Legacy Pre-2015 (Replacement Parts Available) Sierra™ 5300

Originally designed as a zero clearance fireplace insert the "Cricket" has a small profile to allow for easy installation. Also available as a free standing stove with pedestal and reduced clearance jacket.
